What's SIECC?

The Switch International Energy Case Competition brings together brilliant undergraduate and graduate students from across the globe to tackle one monumental challenge: energy poverty. Students compete for a $25,000 USD prize package that's distributed amongst the highest performing teams.

What's New This Year?

This year’s Case Competition is stepping up its game. We're introducing fresh and exhilarating changes that foster engagement, networking, and community like never before.

• Energy Career Path Sessions: Our new Energy Career Path sessions allow participants to recieve insights straight from energy industry leaders about different career paths, insider tips, and real-world experiences. The sessions are students' chance to connect with the best and get a glimpse into the exciting possibilities that await.
• Social Media Contest: This year's revamped, reimagined Social Media Contest focuses on creativity and impact.  Registered teams can begin participating NOW by putting creating a 60-second video showcasing modern energy sources on their campus or community and their social impact.

Ready to Take the Plunge?

Whether you're forming a student team ready to brainstorm innovative solutions, a mentor with wisdom to share, or a judge excited to witness the brilliance unfold, we want you on board.
